It’s seems a strange thing to say but I feel almost naked without carrying a camera. Not naked in a physical sense more of a metaphorical not being able to be myself naked. The thought of missing an amazing moment, or fantastic light or meeting someone remarkable, is beyond thought to me. Emma phones are fine in an emergency, small compact cameras are fine if you really don’t have a choice. But I carry my Fuji X pro as much as I can. Not only does it feel wonderful in the hand, I know that it produces the most stunningly sharp beautiful clear images, so that when I need it, I get the best quality/
To prove the point walking on St Ouens Bay last weekend the light just got better and better, I’m not a fan of sunsets but sometimes just before the sunset kicks in winter life can be simply remarkable.
