Waiting for the harvest

Well who would have thought that the newest and coolest thing on the street would be 200 year old in a field. The Le Maistre brothers have taken the amazing decision to grow wheat the is very similar to that of the 1800th century. You may well be reasonably unimpressed but when you discover that it's gluten free, with no pesticides it starts to make sense.

The image with Charles Le Maistre and his harvest looks simple, but it like the wheat took a great deal of effort and planning as the weather is a cruel master.
